Private Gardens

Maintaining ones garden have become increasingly difficult due to climatic changes and the volumes needed to apply life-giving composts . With water restrictions rife in South Africa it has become a very difficult task to care for one's garden. We have found that Biological Farming allows the following;

- Water Retention, creatly increases,resulting in your garden being less dependant on you.

- Soil Biology, Simple creatures like earthworms retrurns, indicating that there is a healthy source of food for them. The food chain is restored.

- Weed Controll, The elimination process can be done naturally, by out-competing the unwanted plants. Thus not damaging the soil with heavy herbicides.

- Water Source, By balancing your water can issues like chemicals and compaction in your soil, drastically be reduced.

- Fertilizers, By using less, your garden would be able to draw more natural nutrients from the environment.

Usually gardens have a high bio-diversity of plants, making it possible for your garden to be "forest like", with each plant adding his components to your environment. We have been told that one plant is competition for the next, which is not true. In a bio-diverse system like a forrest, they actually assist one another.
